MCL is a door way to experiencing your true nature: the still, silent presence within.

A true meditation practice is life changing. Purely by changing our relationship with thought. We are no longer run by the subconscious conditioning which judges every second of our day. We create space to see through much clearer eyes.

MCL has classes to show you how to meditate, a space for you to ask any questions you have about your practice. We also run daily (week day) live meditations to keep your practice alive and to guide you to continually guide you to stillness.

Your life can change from being 

stressful, exhausting, anxious, self critical, sad, hopeless, judgemental

to having a genuine experience of 

HAPPINESS, CONTENTMENT,

BEING GENTLE ON YOURSELF AND OTHERS, REGULAR DEEP REST AND FULFILMENT.

Our classes are offered by Ishayas who have dedicated their lives to experiencing peace and to helping others experience the peace within. Our practice is called Ascension which is a mechanical system requiring no belief system. MCL is a stepping stone to Ascension. We are here to support you on you journey, if you feel ready to go straight in to learning the practice of Ascension, do it!

MEDITATION CHANGES LIVES helps people experience more happiness, purpose, contentment and relaxation.

Our practice is rooted in Stillness and the techniques allow a change in relationship with thoughts. They are no longer the dominant experience, nor are they in control of us. This creates space for freedom, creativity, happiness and a more loving and kind life on the inside as well as the outside. 

The reality is, you have a choice in how you experience your life, no matter what is happening on the outside. The world is exactly as we perceive it to be.  What we put our attention on creates the life we experience. Partly, because this is where we have our focus, and also because the vibration we are putting out into our world will be exactly what comes back to us. We attract what we exude.

If we spend more time experiencing happiness, joy, love and freedom then this is what comes back to us. It is the life we create.

In our sessions we show you how to change your relationship with thought so you can be free from the mind chatter creating the negative emotions and stress in your nervous system. One of the most important things you can do is to raise your level of consciousness; not only do you have a happier life but you also have more impact on others because the happiness affects them too!
